So I have a bit of a thing for bubbles (aka sparkling wine) (aka champagne).I have a little collection of bubbles. Mostly delicious Tasmanian sparkling, however there is a few bottles of champagne remaining from our trip to Champagne, in France, a few years ago.
I think it would be fabulous to live in a gorgeous old house, with a cellar big enough for a beautiful french riddling rack (or two). I would store my collection of bubbles on such racks.
As I do not have a riddling rack, I have some very expensive but delicious clutter on my garage floor!
